OUR PRINCIPLE
H2 Energy was founded in August 2014 with the goal of playing an active role stopping climate change. We want to make hydrogen from renewable energy a cornerstone of the energy system. This can only succeed if the entire value chain across production, distribution and consumption is expanded sustainably and economically.
H2 Energy optimizes not just one subsystem, but always the entire system. Thanks to this bird’s eye view, we ensure a hydrogen cycle that is aligned with all players and functions as a whole.
WHAT WE DO
H2 Energy is involved in the entire hydrogen value chain, offering its know-how and engineering along each link. Especially in the realization of hydrogen production plants, the realization of hydrogen refueling stations and in the engineering of hydrogen fuel cell applications we draw on many years of experience.

H2 ENERGY EUROPE
Together with Trafigura, H2 Energy is building European hydrogen ecosystemsoutside of Switzerland . This includes the entire hydrogen infrastructure as well as the development of hydrogen applications.
HYDROSPIDER
Hydrospider (H2 Energy, Alpiq and Linde) is responsible for the production and distribution of hydrogen. They are the owner and operator of the first commercial hydrogen production facility in Switzerland.
HYUNDAI HYDROGEN MOBILITY
Without hydrogen consumers, the entire hydrogen chain does not work. Important customers are the hydrogen trucks introduced by HHM (Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility, a JV between H2 Energy and Hyundai).
