Today these partnerships span the entire green hydrogen value chain from production and distribution of green hydrogen with Hydrospider, smart hydrogen storage and logistics solutions with Vernconex and Argovia Hydrogen and heavy duty fuel cell trucks with Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility.
Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility
Hyundai Hydrogen Mobility, a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Company and H2 Energy, launched the first series production fuel cell trucks in Switzerland in 2020. Since then the Swiss fleet has accumulated over 11 million kms of safe, reliable and efficient operation as part of a full service pay-per-use offering and has saved over 9000 tons of CO₂.
Hydrospider
A joint venture between H2 Energy, Alpiq and Linde, Hydrospider produces, sources and distributes green hydrogen throughout Switzerland and neighboring countries. Since starting operations in 2020, over 1000 tons of green hydrogen have been delivered to the ecosystem.
Argovia Hydrogen
ARGOVIA Hydrogen AG provides smart interfaces for hydrogen handling and logistics and enables a range of hydrogen storage systems to be safely filled by the same filling station.
Vernconex
Used by Hydrospider in a nationwide network in Switzerland, Vernconex is a proven industrial solution for the distribution and on-site storage of hydrogen. Consisting of automated filling stations at the production site, transportable containers and docking stations, this industry leading system with over 5000 exchange cycles nationwide allows for the safe, reliable and efficient transport of Hydrogen between multiple sources and off-takers.
